A contract is concluded when payment is debited or the order is dispatched or the purchased service begins, whichever occurs later.
We take reasonable care to protect order and payment information. However, unless caused by our negligence, we cannot accept liability for loss resulting from unauthorised third-party access to information submitted through the website.
Order details and applicable terms may be sent to you by email. Information concerning recent orders may also be available through your customer account.

We currently deliver only to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Orders placed before 4:30 pm from Monday to Friday are intended to be dispatched on the following working day, subject to availability and operational circumstances.
Prices
Prices payable for goods are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Any other local taxes, import duties or clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery information
We use reasonable efforts to meet stated delivery estimates. Delivery times are estimates and delays may occasionally occur outside our reasonable control.
Where an order is believed to have been lost in transit, we may need to complete carrier tracking and investigation procedures before sending a replacement.
Depending on the delivery location, this investigation may require waiting for an undelivered parcel to be returned.
Claims concerning non-delivery should be submitted within 30 days of the original dispatch date.

Goods should be retained and kept in the same condition as delivered until they are collected or returned.

Discount codes
Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated. Discount codes cannot normally be applied retrospectively.
